Products
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph every product.
Many of our items are handcrafted, so slight variations in colour, finish or size are part of what makes them unique.
Prices & Payments
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Payment is securely processed using the payment method you choose at checkout.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.
Some orders containing multiple items may be dispatched from different locations.
International delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs or import charges that may apply in their country.
Available to Order
If a product is marked Available to Order, we’ll order it specifically for you once your purchase has been made. These items usually dispatch in around 7 days.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
Pre Order
Products marked Pre Order are currently on their way to us or one of our Australian suppliers but haven’t arrived yet.
You can reserve your item before it becomes available, and we’ll dispatch it as soon as stock arrives.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated.
Returns
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We’ll always do our best to help and we fully comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
