Shipping is calculated on the checkout page.  You have the option of choosing pick up in store or send by post.  Some items may require courier and this will be calculated after purchase or you can organise your own transport.


If collecting in store, proof of identity will be required and you can nominate someone to pick up for you who will also need proof of identity.  ID can be drivers licence, passport or id card.

For orders that are being picked up, allow at least two hours before your parcel is ready.  If you would like complimentary gift wrapping, please allow a little longer.  You will be emailed, sent an sms or phoned with a time available to pick up once your order is placed.  

You can pick up your order at the front counter or if you pick up from the back entrance - just press the buzzer on arrival and someone will assist you as quickly as possible.  If you would like your order brought to your vehicle on the front side walk, just give us a message a few minutes before hand so we can be prepared.

Any special requests will be considered and you will be notified if they can be met or not.  Please contact us by phone or email, prior to ordering, if you need your order quickly.


We ship every day from Cotton Tree, Maroochydore and send local, interstate and worldwide with orders processed within one business day, although most times we send same day.  We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping within Australia 

Free shipping for orders over $150 but excludes wall art, large or heavy items.  Orders with small items are sent with Australia Post by Standard, Registered or Express and includes tracking and shipping cost is from $10 for standard and from $15.50 for Express.  For larger items, shipping is calculated at cost after purchase and you will be advised the amount prior to mailing with payment to be made once agreed, and before your item/s is sent. 

Shipping outside Australia

Orders are sent with Australia Post by air mail and includes tracking to most countries.  This is for small parcels.  For larger items, please contact prior to ordering to get a quote for shipping.  Furniture and mirrors cannot be sent due to the size, weight and cost involved.

The time it takes for you to receive your parcel depends on your country.  USA and Canada customers should receive within 7-14 days.  Customers elsewhere should receive delivery from 1 week to 6 weeks.

FedEx is available for small items but contact first to obtain a quote.
