Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and refunds.
The Basics
We provide Australia wide and international delivery, with care taken on every order.
If you ever need help with checkout or shipping costs, feel free to contact us.
We usually reply very quickly during business hours.
Please check your junk or spam folder in case our email reply lands there.
All available shipping options appear at checkout.
Most orders are shipped by Standard or Express Post.
For larger or bulky items, you’ll be able to request a shipping quote during checkout before completing your order.
You’re also welcome to arrange your own transport if preferred.
SHIPPING BY MAIL
Hervey Bay orders leave our hands the same or next business day.
Brisbane-based items may take 2–3 business days to dispatch before they’re on their way.
During peak holiday times, please allow extra time.
LOCAL PICK UP
If you’re local to Hervey Bay and would like to collect your order from River Heads, please contact us before placing your order.
We’ll be happy to confirm whether your items are available for local pickup and arrange the best option for you.

Shipping within Australia
We use Australia Post or trusted freight partners and all parcels include tracking.
Jewellery & small packages
Standard Post: $12
Express Post: $15
Homewares
Standard Post: Starts from $15
Express Post: Starts $20
Some products on our website ship from different locations.
If your order contains items from two (or more) locations, they will be sent in separate parcels.
This may result in separate shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.
We keep all shipping costs as fair as possible, and you’ll see the final total before completing your order.
For larger or bulky items, you’ll be able to request a shipping quote during checkout before completing your order.
You’re also welcome to arrange your own transport if preferred.
Shipping of Pre Order items
Products marked Pre Order are currently on their way to us or one of our Australian suppliers but haven’t arrived yet.
You can reserve your item before it becomes available, and we’ll dispatch it as soon as stock arrives.
If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you updated.
If your order contains a mix of in stock and pre order and/or available to order, additional shipping costs may apply.
We will contact you once you place your order to confirm, or you can contact us prior to ordering.
Shipping of Available to Order items
Products marked Available to Order will be ordered in especially for you once your purchase has been made.
Please allow approximately 7 days for dispatch. We’ll keep you updated and provide tracking details once your order has been shipped.
If your order contains a mix of in stock and available to order and/or pre order, additional shipping costs may apply.
We will contact you once you place your order to confirm, or you can contact us prior to ordering.
Shipping outside Australia
International orders are shipped with Australia Post and include tracking to most destinations.
Shipping costs vary depending on the parcel size, weight and destination.
International shipping generally starts from AUD $25, however larger or heavier items will cost more.
To receive an accurate shipping cost, simply add your items to the cart and proceed to the checkout, where you can submit a shipping quote request.
Once your quote has been prepared, you’ll be able to complete your order.
Please note that furniture, mirrors and other oversized items cannot be shipped internationally due to their size and weight.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or other import charges that may apply in their country.
Estimated delivery times:
• Australia: usually 2–10 days
• New Zealand: usually 7–10 days
• USA & Canada: usually 10–21 days
• UK: approx. 2–6 weeks

We are online only based in beautiful Hervey Bay, Qld, Australia.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind or need to return something, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll guide you through the simple return process.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (where applicable).
For change-of-mind returns, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit once the item has been returned and inspected.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
Earrings
We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are available in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll organise the return and issue a refund once the issue is confirmed.
We offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds for change of mind returns.
