SHIPPING

Some products on our website ship from different locations.
If your order contains items from two (or more) locations, they will be sent in separate parcels.
This may result in separate shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.
We keep all shipping costs as fair as possible, and you’ll always see the final total before completing your order.

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase. If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately.
For change-of-mind returns, we offer exchanges or store credit rather than refunds.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
 
LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

We cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are with the carrier.
If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
 
CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can cancel at no charge if your order has not yet been processed.
Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or a small fee may apply to cover charges.

GIFT CARDS, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS

Promo codes, sales and gift cards may have their own conditions.
Discounts cannot be applied after an order is placed.

We are not responsible for any indirect loss, damage or inconvenience caused by using our website or products.
Our maximum liability will not exceed the value of your order.
